Clients are solely responsible for verifying text spelling, colors matching, resolution ratios, and crop bleeds on design files. Once a digital proof is signed off or directly uploaded for express printing, Adpoint is not responsible for spelling mistakes or low-resolution scaling artifacts.
Standard heat shrinking on vinyl wraps and flex media allows for a dimension tolerance of up to 1%. ACP backing board cuts maintain a tolerance of up to 2mm.
Clients must obtain all municipal permissions, structural clearance approvals, and utility access rights before our installation crew mounts LED signboards, unipoles, or exterior building branding wraps on-site.
Large-scale custom sign fabrication projects require a 50% advance deposit before material cutting begins, with the remaining 50% balance paid immediately upon site installation and handover.
While we offer 24-hour delivery on flex banners, extreme wind conditions, highway shutdowns, or electrical outages may delay structural signboard mountings.
